Terms of service
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
Myrtille Cloud (app.myrtille.eu) is operated by [Company legal name], [Address], [Contact e-mail]. These terms cover the hosted service only. The Myrtille software is open source under the Apache License 2.0: these terms never restrict what that licence gives you, and every feature of the cloud can be self-hosted.
2. What the service does, and what it never does
Your servers and your developer machines connect outbound to the cloud: nothing of yours is exposed. The cloud shows your town, carries your mail and runs the actions you turn on. It runs the same code as self-hosted Myrtille.
- It never stores your environment values, passwords or keys, the content of your logs (they only pass through the relay), coding agent transcripts or Anthropic credentials.
- It never shows a token you give, not even to an administrator. Tokens are encrypted with a key of your organisation and decrypted in memory only.
- It is read-only by default: it acts on your infrastructure only in the districts where you turned actions on, asks for confirmation before a destructive action, and records every action in an audit log that cannot be rewritten.
3. Accounts and seats
- Your organisation is responsible for the people it invites and the roles it gives them.
- A seat is an active user of your organisation, viewers included.

4. Plans and prices
Prices exclude VAT and are the ones of the pricing page. Team starts with a 14-day trial without a card; without a card at its end, your organisation moves to Solo, whose limits apply as quotas. No feature is ever removed.
- Cloud Solo: 0 €. 1 user, 1 town, 7-day retention, no SSO.
- Cloud Team: 10 € per user per month, 8 € billed annually. unlimited users, 90-day retention, mobile push and relay, no inbound port, E-mail support, 14-day free trial.
- Cloud Business: 20 € per user per month, 16 € billed annually. SSO / OIDC, 1-year retention, multiple organisations, priority support, invoice and SEPA mandate.
- Billing per seat, monthly or annually, through Stripe, with European VAT handled by Stripe Tax.
5. If a payment fails
Your organisation becomes read-only for 14 days, then its export stays available for 90 days, then its data is deleted. We tell you by e-mail at each step.
6. Your data
- Your data is yours. We process it only to run the service, under the data processing agreement.
- It is hosted in the European Union. The list of our subprocessors is published.
- Export everything at any time with the command myrtille export, and import it into a self-hosted Myrtille with myrtille import. No lock-in.
- When you leave, your data is deleted within 30 days.
- Every manual intervention of ours on your data is traced and you are told about it.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to attack systems you do not control, to connect an infrastructure you are not allowed to manage, or to try to read the data of another organisation.
8. Services you connect
The services you connect (Coolify, Dokploy, GitHub, your servers, your sign-in provider) and your coding agents stay under their own terms. Claude Code runs on your machine with your own Anthropic account.
9. Availability and support
Our target is 99.9 % availability of the relay and the interface, published on status.myrtille.eu. Support by e-mail on Team, priority support on Business.
10. Liability, term and law

11. Trademark
The name Myrtille, the logo and the mascot are trademarks. A fork is welcome under its own name.
